Shipping
We currently serve customers across 27 European countries with free shipping.

Payment Terms
Customers agree to complete payment within 48 hours after confirmed delivery and verification of the correct product and packaging.

Inspection Policy
Inspection is limited solely to confirming:

- correct product
- intact packaging

Product use prior to payment is not permitted under this payment arrangement.

Returns
Unopened products may be eligible for return according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Opened cosmetic products are non-returnable.
