PAYMENT POLICY

Celiora Beauty operates on a payment-after-delivery verification model.

Payment Method
Customers may receive their order first, verify that the correct product and packaging have been delivered, and then complete payment via bank transfer.

Verification Scope
Verification is strictly limited to:

- confirming the correct product was delivered
- checking packaging condition

Verification does NOT include product use, consumption, or testing prior to payment.

Payment Deadline
Full payment must be completed within 48 hours after confirmed delivery and product verification.

Failure to Pay
Failure to complete payment within the stated timeframe may result in refusal of future service or additional follow-up actions.
